The Replay of Micah 3

When we live like the world and buy into the cultural assumptions uncritically we become wordsmiths for the establishment  which hates God and loves evil.  Furthermore, these actions make us cannibals who feed on each other instead of being prophets who decry the sin and injustice in the church and the world.  But God doesn’t want that for his people.  Instead, God empowers us with courage to stand against our oppressors, might to go out to battle, power to endure and ultimately the Holy Spirit so that we can be assured of victory and have a great peace in God and our purpose in the world.

So instead of feeding on each other through sin, let us feed on Christ and let his spirit guide us and lead us into all truth.
